We would like to thank the following people from Sofitel Sentosa again for all the help you had rendered from the day we enquired about booking our wedding, until the moment we checked out of our room.

Veronica – our trusty go-to person. She is very firm and knows exactly what could and couldn’t be done given the current restrictions. This had helped us greatly with our planning and avoid any confusion. Veronica is very caring, and she constantly looked out for us, patiently explaining the rationale. Instead of throwing us with problems, she thought of solutions to help and assured us along the way. Nothing was ever too much for ask for, and questions were always answered promptly.

Thomas, our banquet manager. His gentle tone made us feel so at ease from our rehearsal to the actual day. “Not to worry, I’ll prompt you guys when the time comes.” No kidding! We didn’t feel nervous as we knew we were in good hands. He was like our shadow, overseeing everything we needed, reminding us patiently. I couldn’t further empathize how detailed he was. There were 100 guests – yet he made sure everyone was well taken care of. There was a cup of lime juice and butter especially given to the groom who was slightly tipsy.

Guna, who is in charge of AV. From our slides to the music played throughout, everything was delivered very smoothly.

Chef Mao – We got so many compliments from our guests that food was delicious! Even the pickiest guest provided feedback that the food was great, which says a lot about Chef Mao’s skills.

We couldn’t have asked for a better day, or a better venue. Sofitel Sentosa was love at first sight. It was the first and only venue that we fell in love with and we left with so much excitement from our first viewing, knowing that it was the venue that we wanted to get married at. It exceeded all expectations of how beautiful the venue was on the day, and how the day unfolded.
