Thai-themed Sofitel Sentosa Sunday Brunch

This September, savour the flavours from the Land of Smiles with our Sofitel Sentosa Sunday Brunch.

Indulge in a delectable selection featuring Som Tam (Green Papaya Salad), Thai Coconut Whole Salmon Green Curry, Gaeng Phed Ped Yang (Thai Red Roast Duck Curry) and Pla Kapong Neung Manao (Steamed Barramundi Fillet with Ginger and Lemongrass), just to name a few. For desserts, there is an assortment of Thai Nonya kueh including Tako Water Chestnut, Coconut Black Sticky Rice, Pandan Pudding, Young Coconut Jelly and more.

In addition to these Thai dishes, there are also Asian and Western selections as well as fresh seafood including freshly shucked oysters, Boston lobsters, tiger prawns, snow crabs and half-shell sea scallops. The Le Petit Prince & Princess Corner offers yummy treats for the children, and a variety of cakes, gelato and a chocolate fountain will satisfy the sweet-toothed.

For an afternoon of poolside fun, guests enjoy complimentary access to Sofitel Pool from 3pm to 7pm.
