Experience an enchanting evening with our eight hands’ menu crafted by our Chef de Cuisine Paolo Benedet, Pastry Chef Woody Kong, Michelin-starred Chef Bjoern Alexander, and Geoffrey Daurelle of Bistro Gaston. This decadent six-course dining experience highlights the rich traditions of French cuisine, perfectly paired with fine champagne and wines.

 

 

On 17 November, extend the celebration with an Italian brunch at Club Matera at The Cliff. Enjoy a lavish spread featuring a variety of cold cuts and cheese, oysters, Angus ribeye, and a Sanchoku Wagyu Live Station, along with Roasted Sustainable Barramundi, Ratatouille and Tiramisu—truly a gastronomic delight!
