Easter Garden Party Afternoon Tea at LeBar
Hop over to LeBar for our Easter afternoon tea crafted by Pastry Chef Woody Kong. Enjoy savoury delights such as Deviled Egg with Avruga Caviar, Quiche Tart with Chicken Ham, Chawanmushi with Crab and Ginkgo Nuts, Hot Cross Bun filled with Trio Corn Custard, and Lamb Rillette wrapped in Bean Curd Skin.
Follow with sweet creations including Nama Chocolate Easter Nest, Passion Fruit Macaron, Vanilla Éclair with Hazelnut Glaze, White Chocolate Egg with Apricot, and a zesty Lemon Tart with Almond Crème.
Our afternoon tea set is served with freshly baked Butter and Cheese Scones, clotted cream and orange jam, paired with free-flowing Nespresso coffee or TWG Tea selection.
For an added touch, enjoy the Boujee Bunny cocktail ($18++), a signature Easter creation by Head Mixologist Daniel Anthony, blending Tobago Gold, toffee, rum and Aztec chocolate.
