A Toast to World Water Day
World Water Day is observed annually on 22 March, serving as a platform to focus attention on the significance of freshwater and advocate for the sustainable management of water resources. It entails taking action to address the global water crisis, aligning with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 6: ensuring water and sanitation for all by 2030.

This vibrant libation, crafted with Japanese cucumber liqueur, lychees, blueberries, Blue Curaçao, Prosecco, and a hint of rosemary, not only delights the palate with its exquisite blend but also symbolises the essence of the global water crisis. Its striking blue hue visually represents the purity of water, making it a perfect toast to the importance of freshwater preservation on this significant occasion.
