Founded in 1926, Domaine Fournier Père et Fils is known for Sancerre, Pouilly-Fumé and Menetou-Salon — three of the Loire Valley’s most prestigious appellations.

 

Savour the best of French cuisine with a five-course menu specially created by Chef de Cuisine Paolo Benedet, paired with a selection of Fournier Père et Fils wines (view tasting notes) and join Ms. Yongnam Shin, Asia-Pacific Export Manager of Fournier Père et Fils, as she shares her expertise about the wines. Begin with an amuse-bouche of duck rillette, followed by crab salad, chilled Angel Hair, poached veal loin and grilled beef tenderloin. Lastly, Choc Noir completes the decadent meal.

Bio: Yongnam Shin, Asia-Pacific Export Manager, Fournier Père et Fils

With a background in Tourism and Hospitality Management, Yongnam developed an interest in wine during a trip to the Cape Winelands in South Africa. This led her to pursue a Master’s degree in Wine Business in France at the prestigious ESC Dijon (Burgundy School of Business), which was followed by her first job in the wine industry in Languedoc, in the south of France. Since 2009, Yongnam’s professional experience has spanned four countries – Japan, South Africa, South Korea and France – and she has been involved in the international wine trade since 2012. She has been representing Fournier Père et Fils in the Asia-Pacific market since 2017.
