Indulge in destination dining at Sentosa
A new and exciting dining concept awaits as Club Matera at The Cliff welcomes diners to a casual dining experience from 9 October to 31 December 2024. The unique pop-up showcases Michelin-starred Club Matera Chef Bjoern Alexander’s modern Asian-influenced Italian dining style.
Set against panoramic views of the South China Sea with al fresco seating, diners will be feted to the chef’s culinary creations featured in the à la carte, set lunch and set dinner menus, which will be updated regularly to provide fresh dining experiences. Delight in homemade pastas, Binchotan grilled items (such as Bone-in Wagyu Ribeye, Suckling Pig Belly and Whole Lobster), a selection of pizzas, desserts and more.
