This October, savour the flavours from the Land of the Rising Sun with our Sofitel Sentosa Sunday Brunch.

Kwee Zeen offers a wide selection of buffet items highlighting well-loved Japanese dishes, prepared by our culinary team using the freshest seafood and ingredients. Indulge in a variety of sushi and sashimi, Crabmeat Mayo Rice Bowl, Japanese Slaw Grilled Salmon Salad with Crispy Fish Skin, Chicken Ramen, Oyster Okonomiyaki, Mushroom Wafu Pasta, Miso Noodle Soup (great for those on a Vegan diet), Marinated Roast Beef with Soy, Mirin and Ginger, Clam and Squid Pasta with Seaweed, Roasted Yuzu Cod Fish and Takoyaki, just to name a few.

In addition, there are also Western and more Asian selections including Wok-Fried Beef with Black Pepper Sauce, Steamed Fried Pacific Fish with Pumpkin Sauce, Fish Tikka, Butter Chicken, Paprika and Mustard Chicken Leg with Fresh Herbs, Sautéed Seafood with Black Olives, Basil and Thyme and many more. Seafood lovers will delight in freshly shucked oysters, Boston lobsters, chilled tiger prawns, snow crabs, mud crabs, white clams, mussels and half-shell sea scallops.

The Le Petit Prince & Princess Corner offers yummy treats for the children, and a variety of desserts (think Matcha Swiss Cake, Hojicha Tea Cake, Green Tea Tiramisu, Dorayaki and assorted Mochi), gelato and a chocolate fountain will satisfy the sweet-toothed.

For an afternoon of poolside fun, guests enjoy complimentary access to Sofitel Pool from 3pm to 7pm.
