SeafoodFest Weekend Buffet (with Thai highlights)
Our culinary team has curated a menu of more than 20 seafood dishes (including fresh oysters, black mussels, half-shell scallops and prawns as well as perennial favourites such as lala clams), alongside a delectable selection of Thai dishes (like Coconut Thai Whole Salmon Green Curry, Grilled Pork Skewer and Spicy Green Mango Salad with Cashew Nuts and Dried Shrimp). Also enjoy roast meats at the carving station, more Asian delights, and a variety of Nyonya kueh, just to name a few.
