Sofitel was the very first hotel we looked through during the time of choosing hotels for our wedding day. Even in the first impression, we love the whole atmosphere of the hotel, the nature vibe of the Spice Island Point for solemnisation and the grand banquet hall for weddings. We decided to choose Sofitel without any uncertainty as we believe that Sofitel could provide everything that we were looking for our big day.
Another thing we love about hotel is their valuable assistance throughout the planning of the wedding. Veronica was in charge of our wedding and she and her team are very experienced and professional in wedding planning. Even when our event got postponed due to the government regulation, they made sure that our wedding could still move on while assisting in detailed planning process according to the safety regulations. A Million Thanks to Veronica, Thomas, Shawn and the banquet team.
One thing we really loved about Sofitel service is that their flexibility on clients’ requests. Without any limitations, they provided the best service and adjustment as they could in this kind of critical situation. We never had any regrets about choosing Sofitel as we enjoyed every single moment in there.
Last but not least, the livestream of our solemnisation at Spice Island Point was the most memorable experience. As our family was not here with us, this was the only platform to connect during the event of our big moment. Our parents and guests overseas were satisfied with the visual quality and sound system. Veronica introduced “Kactus Singapore” which is providing the professional livestream service. Thanks to the livestream director Cepheus and his team too.
