“I was searching high & low for a perfect solemnisation venue and Sofitel Sentosa made my dream come true. I had enquired about the rates and met Veronica, the Sales Director( the best and a rare gem) last year to view the venue. The outdoor soleminsation and ballroom were just perfect and it was love at first sight. In Jan 2021, we got in touch with Veronica again to confirm the venue but I was still a little hesitant about the food since me and my husband wanted Indian cuisine. Vernonica assured and promised us not to worry as Chef Prem is very well experienced with Indian dishes. Upon confirming the venue, Veronica was extremely efficient. She immediately got us in touch with the invitation and deco vendors. Everything went smoothly and she also shared a lot of tips for our big day. Veronica helped to arrange a meet up with Chef Prem to discuss the Indian menu. I was super pleased after meeting Chef Prem as he understood what we wanted. So nice of Chef Prem to meet me during his off day. No doubt he gave me the confidence and assurance I needed. We did not do any food tasting by the way. We left everything to them to decide and manage.

Our wedding happened two weeks ago and it was the best decision ever to have it at Sofitel Sentosa. Veronica met me before my walk in and calmed me down. She was there throughout my walk in. She is a real sweetheart and a good friend of ours now 🙂 The Banquet Manager Jason, did an excellent job too. He ensured everything was going well. The waiters & waitresses ensured that all our guests have enough drinks and kept topping up when needed even without anyone asking. They were all super polite and professional. Veronica and Chef Prem were also present to oversee the event.

Finally, saving the best for the last… The Indian dishes were at a whole new level. Honestly the best South Indian food we ever tasted. Every dish were cooked with so much of love and perfection. We could not contain our excitement when all our guests were so happy with the food and their stomachs were full with the generous amount served. Our wedding went well without any hiccups. We could not be more delighted having Veronica, Chef Prem and Jason for our wedding. A huge thank you to the wonderful team for going all out. Special thanks to Veronica for going all out for our requests and the last min unique shoot. Best decision ever! The hotel stay was also excellent. We can’t wait to go back to reminisce every moment and enjoy the food, service and meet everyone :)”
