“My fiancé (now husband) and I decided to have a simple, intimate wedding in Singapore during this time of pandemic. We were looking for an intimate venue to celebrate our wedding. With our busy schedule, we only reached out to restaurants and hotels via e-mail. The first one to reply was from Sofitel Sentosa. Ms. Veronica Ann, called me and asked for details of our wedding. I provided her all our simple requests to which she gladly accepted. She was very helpful and gave suggestions on how to better execute our wedding. We scheduled for an ocular visit immediately. I stopped entertaining replies from others, since Ms. Veronica has already gave us what we needed.

On the actual wedding day, we were welcomed by Ms. Veronica herself, and assisted us to check in. From the moment we checked in, the hotel staffs were all attentive to our needs.

Our wedding dinner was held at The Cliff. We have been moved to a private room and were served with different courses. The chefs greeted us in the private room and presented all their creations to us. All the food were incredible! We always had our plate emptied before the next course came in. Although every meal was delicious, the most notable one was the Porcini rubbed sirloin steak. The meat melted in our mouth! It had the right saltiness in it. And the basque cheesecake? It was soooo creamyyy.

From planning to the actual wedding to our honeymoon, the Sofitel Sentosa staff was very courteous, helpful, and polite. Each one gave us warm welcome and smile. It felt like we have been living in the hotel for a long time. The hotel ambience was so peaceful and relaxing. In our third day of stay, there were more people coming in, but it didn’t feel chaotic and loud. We will definitely come back to this hotel. We made the right decision in choosing Sofitel Sentosa.”
