“We recently held our wedding solemnisation and dinner at Sofitel Sentosa and the overall experience was superb. We would like to thank the team, Veronica (main coordinator and in charge from Sofitel), Jason (banquet in charge), Shawn (AV in charge) and Mao (Chef) that supported us and made it memorable.

Since our first meeting with Veronica while checking for venue, she had been very patient and accommodating. She explained and advised us in details based on our expectations. As we had our wedding during Covid, there were a lot of last minute changes in guest attendance and seating plan. She was really understanding and called us to make sure to keep updated and in sync. Jason was very attentive and took really good are of us during the whole evening. He made sure our wedding party was ready and march-in was timely and always prompt in service. The banquet staff were awesome and our guests are satisfied with the service provided.

Shawn was very helpful in our very different setup requirements. He made sure all the overall videos and music were running smoothly and coordinated well with our friend who was in charge of AV.  Big thanks to Mao; our guests feedbacked that the food was delicious and that they enjoyed it very much. Thanks to Erica for smooth check-in as well.

Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. We are so happy to have chosen Sofitel Sentosa as our venue to celebrate our occasion and lucky to have this team to assist us. it would not have been possible without them!
